From the feedback I've heard from others, the CCNA seemed to have landed them a job easier than the MCSE. CCNA is good for learning about routers, switches, and all around networking. MCSE is good to learn about computers that have Windows 2000, XP, or 2003 on them. MCSE involves some networking, but mostly information regarding troubleshooting, installing, and configuring the computer itself.

CCNA is related to Cisco products and MCSE with Microsoft Servers and workstations. Its for the choice and interest of indivisual, in which field he is more interested but in job point of view CCNA is better than MCSE

They are different qualifications - both of which are highly recognised in IT/Networking. Its not uncommon to have both.
