In Ancient Greek there is a very simple little word for which there is no specific translation. The Lexicon description of it is "a modal particle used with verbs to indicate that the action is limited by circumstances or defined by conditions."
The word is "an" and I can show one of its effects in the sentence
"ouk an epoiese" - he would not have done it
"ouk epoiese" - he did not do it
In Greek you can also find single words that require several in English like "arkteon" meaning "rule must be maintained".
Latin has examples too: "Intersum" - "I am concerned with.."

The word in any language that is said in reply to 'thank you'. We don't have a direct one-word translation: we use 'you're welcome', 'don't mention it', 'the pleasure is all mine' etc. instead.
