This question has gone six days without an answer. The fact of the matter is that there are thousands upon thousands of house plans available to the general public at newstands everywhere. They can be found in any grocery or drug store with a magazine stand. In addition there are plans available online. New home builders often have their own house plans generated in house and they are usually copyrighted as are all of the others.

When a builder builds a new home, a set of plans must usually be submitted with the application for a building permit. These plans are not kept for more than a couple of years by the building inspectors office, usually because the sheer volume of them would overwhelm the space available to store them.

All of this explanation leads to the fact that it will be extremely difficult for you to obtain the plans to a particular house. In addition, you have provided no general location, much less the name of the builder etc.. You get the picture.

Best advice ... if the house was recently built, and you know the name of the builder, you might have a good chance of obtaining the plans, or at the least, a brochure with the basic outline of the house. Outside of that, you are probably out of luck.

Good luck with your search for information.
