Generally speaking, there are medical procedures that can be done to make a girl pregnant even without intercourse. One example is invitro-fertilization where a man's sperm cells and a woman's egg cells are fertilized in a test tube and once fertilized, the zygote is inserted into the girl's uterus where it will develop and after 9 months the girl delivers the baby full term.
If you're concerned about what's gonna happen when you and your girl are into that act but there's no actual insertion and you ejaculate outside, no one gets pregnant.

99.9% of the time no.. theres a very slgith chance if a guy was to ejaculate on to his hand and then immediatlly start to finger the girl, and cuase an orgasim, you might get pregnant. Apparently when you have an orgasim it increases pregnancy chances becuase some flap or somthing opens up allowing sperm to get to the eggs more easily.. im not so positive on that though

Didn't ever see cartoons of sperm swimming? Ofcourse a girl can become pregnant without penile penetration. The sperm have only to swim in at the right time of month.

This is a very interesting question..... but I've never succeeded in growing a tree or a plant without grafting or planting any seed into the ground.....

wow. you are the reason sex ed shouldn't be removed from the educational curriculum. you should send this to bush and other uber religious politicians.
no you can't get pregnant if you're a virgin unless you are artificially inseminated with a syringe.

If sperm will be ejaculated and if it is successful then only the girl can be pregnant. Be it natural or in labs but it is must.
Other than this no way
