I expect you wish to fly with no visible means of doing so, like superman does. Well, I can tell you what has to be done in order for it to come to pass, but I don't know how to do it.
What makes a mass move is the overall waveform that comprises it. This wave forms in the direction of movement. The concept behind this idea is hf = mk. The kinetic energy (which form of energy causes a mass to move) of a mass is determined by the frequency of the mass times Planks constant, a small numerical value.
So, if you can, by thought, change the frequency of your body so that it increases in just one particular direction, you shall begin moving in that direction, and shall continue on in that direction as long as you are able to maintain that frequency.
