a friend sent me a video clip on the week end on msn....it down loaded with no problem and i was able to watch it
how ever,i have tried to watch it again since and cant....it will not respond every thing just freezes and i dont know why or what to do about it....the clip is clear of viruses......can any one help???

Go to your "My Documents" and check under video to see if it is there. If it is-- re-name it (options are on the left).
If it isnt there--then it is possible it was not fully downloaded and at this point ask your friend to send it again.
I would need more information to give further help.

go into properties of the clip, and check what it opens with.. and the options there... try opening it with something else... also re-starting your pc can clear problems....

did you save the email? the file could be corrupted and you may need 2 delete the file and redownload it. gl Candie

what type is it wave , avi , mpeg , vob .?
