I have an album by the mamas and the papas on rca victor in mono from 1968.... front cover says the papas and the mamas. is it worth anything??

Probably. Depends on the condition and collectability. The longer you keep it the value will rise, like the old 78's(rpm) are today vinyl will be in the not too distant future.
I don't know the specifics about this album, though with a little research to find a story to go with it could add any amount to it's value.

no, that was there first album the name of it was (papas and the mamas) and the artist is the mamas and the papas. they did that because they couldnt come up with a more obvious title. thats what they were going for. and it say all of this on the back

yes if it is not scratched ,then you have a classic.
if your looking to sell then check on the net for places that will buy them.
My mom had a Hank Snow rca long play, someone offered her $1200 for it ,but she wouldn't part with it.
