if it's your last breath, you're probably seeing a lot of light and going into a whole other realm of consciousness.
between your choices, i'd go with A because it is loving and responsible toward everyone (assuming the candle WAS going to burn the house down). You can say a prayer in your mind and it's probably more effective, and while i completely sympathize with C - again - in your last breath i think you'd tune out anything not necessary for your passing/new journey.

My family knows that i love them so i wouldn't spend my last breath telling them that. i would probably say a quick prayer so if i could ask forgiveness for any sins
