Its totla bullpoop that you can encourage anyone to get sexual with anyone unless they really fancy them or have feelings towards them, due to biochemical hormones and the fact these peak in late teens, therefore affecting behavour for practical reasons in nature...

You're right, teenagers have always been randy little buggers, the difference is now when there is a pregnancy they don't get married or have baby adopted/raised as the mother's younger brother or sister.

hmmm... good point... however, SEXUALITY(gay, straight, bi,etc.) is much different than HAVING SEX. though i do believe that it is not just media, sex ed, and contraception's fault. if kids want to have sex, then they are gonna do it! wether you like it or not... depending on age, though, you may be able to convince them not to(punishment).
