We all often ask ourselves this question, and quite often we are very specific about it. Since you have left your question without specific details I therefore assume that your objective is experience a sense of wonder. You are curious about how I or any other person will respond. This is quite right, as curiosity and inquisitiveness are essential components of human mind. This is an intellectual virtue that leads us along the path of discovery and self improvement. and our ability, or need, to develop and grow is not optional, it is an essential part of life.
For if you do not, even when you should, then there are chances that you always would.

Because life is too short, and it would be a waste of time thinking of why not to.
If you are thinking of killing someone though, it's a waste of time... who wants to really waste their life in jail?
