Roseanne's voice isn't annoying ALL the time, but when she gets screechy my gut reaction is to plug my ears. Fran's accent is annoying every time she opens her mouth (even when she does guest spots on other shows), and my gut reaction to her voice is a strong desire to slap her. Based on the above, Fran gets the nod for the more annoying voice, but Roseanne does have her "vocal" moments. Also, Roseanne's show is by miles the better of the two sitcoms.

I think she is hot! Her voice is a little annoying, but that's because of were she is from. She seems to be a sweet and loving women. I would date her in a second!!!

ohhhhh I loved to watch her on the Nanny, I'd just about laugh my butt off at some of the crazy things she would do.

she has a nasal voice, which is annoying .She is funny sometimes, & that hair, I like it better when it's not poufed up..I enjoy watching the show..
