Compressed air or a drain king should do the trick. If you don't have an air compressor then the drain king is your best option. You should be able to buy them at any hardware store for little money. You hook a water hose up to it and put it in the drain. The drain king will then build up pressure and force the clog out.

First try taking the aerator off the faucet you're trying to get water out of, and check it for rust and dirt particles. It's not uncommon for crud to break loose from the walls of pipes and to get caught in the aerators to the extent that they will let very little, if any water through when the pressure comes back on. If that's not the case then you will have to disassemble the part of the pipe that you repaired and turn the pressure back on slowly to get the dirt to wash out of the pipe.
