Where is a place name "Vapingana"?

In the life of Swami Vivekanandaby his eastern and western disciples, part - I, page 385

"On his way to Khetri the Swami stopped at Bombay, Vapingana and Jaipur.

I have a feeling that Vapingana is the present day VAPI, thats on the route from Bombay to Jaipur. I am not sure, but thats the closest bet.

Well, Vapingana does not seen to exist in the entire internet - also not as old name of a renamed place.

So probably you got the English spelling wrong - better ask someone able to understand the original language of the book.
