I need to know if Iran is running short of money and Oil.

i myself am Iranian. there is not shortage of money but people do not use money correctly.

Iran has suffered from long war against Iraq in 1980's then it has been economically isolated. their downstructure is very poor. they suffer from analphabetism, traffic & roads, unmaintained airlines, internal politics, electricity, drugs, etc..
now oil prices is increasing. but production cannot increase since very limited number of contractors are there in oil dev't in iran.
