I usually prioritize what is important and try to keep things in perspective. The best way is imagine that you are happy and retired and "look back" and see if you wished for MORE or LESS of something. Whatever your choice, you should probably treat it with that much importance now.

As for relaxing, any form of nature walks, Sitting outside and looking a the night sky, feeling a nice cool breeze after a warm day, or just doing something different or special for yourself is always nice.

The main way on to how to change your overall disposition is your own attitude, if you conclude that something isn't as big a deal as you thought it was in the beginning chances are, its not. Mainly you just need to assess your feelings at the time and convience yourself to relax, chill, and everything will be fine.

A little saying I tend to say alot is "It's all good", generally keeps me calm and in control of my emotions hehe.

Another good thing is music of the easy listening variety, and, Bob Marley is one of my favourites for this. His music is awesome lol sorry. :-P

The only ways to stay worry free:

1.Die
2.Stop caring about people and absolutely everything else, because everyone who cares about anything will at some point worry about it.
3. Put your trust in God and ask Him to help you do the right thing in all situations, trust that He'll make things turn out the best possible way in the end.

Personally I prefer the 3rd option, even though I don't always take my own advice.

I breathe deeply and slowly. I try to stay in the present and not dwell on the past nor let the future make me anxious.
Most things I've feared did not come to pass. Thinking about that calms me.

The key is : Always think Positively
Try to take a deep breath three times before you response to annoying person... This will make your brain a little bit more "clear" when making decision of what to say

Good Luck *_*

always think positive...when something bad happens don't think of it as bad...just think that maybe some other much better things will happen to you in the next days to come.....For anything negative that came to you, think the positive side along with it...Happy disposition is what one needs to have a worry free life....

Stop worrying about worry and just sing and whistle. Now dont worry to decide which song to sing or which tune to whistle. Just live and enjoy every moment.

I write down all my worries and then give them all to Jesus by praying, then rip up the paper.
