I'm considering cheating on my husband with a new friend's boyfriend. I find myself often thinking about sex with another man, even though over all sex with my husband is great.
I think that I would be happy with an open relationship, not that I'd go 'get busy' all the time but it would be nice to have the freedom. I've talked to my husband about it before and he doesn't want an open relationship.
I'm almost 30 ... is this a stage maybe?

Some people just want to get what they can... you're obviously one of those people while you're husband is the opposite. Get a friggin divorce if you wanna f*ck someone else.

no~that is a total cop out You CHOOSE not to stay commited for whatever reason~lack of self control~dont care about anyone but yourself~think the grass is always greener on the other side~instant gratification etc You can be a person who chooses to live a life of casual dating or open relationships as long as you find someone else that wants the same thing you do~and that should be the first thing you put out on the table from the get go not wait until your in a relationship with someone and then spring it on them and not expect it to be a problem Marriage should of been the last thing on your mind~thats a total contradiction~ and i gotta say im glad im not your friend~the fact that you would sleep with your friends boyfriend says a lot more than you just "arent wired for monogamy"

oooops the crisis sets in .... ohhhhhhh , we all have fantasies about other ppl... but it is love to our partner that keeps from cheating. I think you need to leave your husband , and spend sometime on your own, explore , plunge in and out of relationships and see what is best suited for you.
I do not think it is a stage, YOUR BORED AND CAGED, leave him if you do not love him enough
