yea, go thru the hud website that the last person gave u. they will give it to u by county, state or whatever. i got my first house by buying a foreclosure home. fyi there wasn't any appliances in the home that i bought. sometimes Hud will even give u a list of realtors to speak to about the house that ur interested in. get a home inspection, too. also the utilities will be turned off in the home as well.
