if you have a vision of someone you know, what should you do, if anything?

I have been seeing what a person i know is doing even though they don't live anywhere near me. i see them in my imagination, and then find out what they were doing later through 3rd party. she's not in danger, just sad. i don't know her well, and we aren't really in touch. has this happened to you? is there some message is this? something i should learn? it makes me feel like something urgent is going on, especially the first time. but every time, there is really nothing for me to do. it makes me feel restless.

I see visions of people who are about to die and those who died and went to heaven. These people doesn't have to be someone close to me or someone I'm acquainted to.

I first had these "abnormalities" since I was a child and was very young. Through the years, I find that I can't help them that much even though I somehow know what might happen to them.

I'm not trying to scare you or anything but I believe, you have these visions for a reason, although you may not know what the reasons are just yet. The best thing you could do at the moment is to make her feel safe and not alone.

Maybe, my advice would sound crazy to you, however, what you should do to handle this situation is up to you alone. I know you can make the right choices of how to help this friend of yours.

Don't struggle with yourself. Such things happen tj me very often. U know, just once u see a person whom u like. & then u think about him over & over again. U just create an appearence of that person in your mind. But indeed he & your created persons are different persons. Don't be confused. Some day u'll find what u are looking for...

I see stuff about people I have strong connections with... I know when they are pregnant too... I dream they are sitting down and telling me even if we havent spoken for years..

I told a girl at work she was having a boy because I had a flash of her holding a baby with a blue bonnet and it was so clear.. She confirmed it through ultrasound..

go out, get some air, put on some music. you might be overly dehydrated or depressed because of something that happened in your life recently. take some time to forget your worries, the less you know, the less you get hurt. or something. i think this is a case of stress.

if she's sad, go talk to her, get to know her better. it's probably not a good idea to tell her you have visions about her, it might freak her out. it cant hurt to make a better friend though can it?
