You have to have a pleasant voice and be able to handle people who are being mean, frustrated or mad, with a calm soothing voice, as to calm them down.
You must be able to give them information, they want quickly.
Not everyone is born with that ability. It is a very special quality.

front desk Officer should be your temporary job! They need someone who is presentable and approachable. It is also well known as Receptionist. The pay is just OK not too low or high, if you can improve your life, why not!! Go for the internet business, which requires less of your time and the one that will not make you feel headache with web designing, or which require IT knowledge. Second, choose the internet based company which offer you the opportunity and at the same time giving you the convenience to start the business. Third, choose the business, which does not require big money to start it.
