It's only lust at first sight if you are only interested in what a person looks like. Once you look beyond that you fall in love with who a person is, not because they are physically attractive. That's true love. Rarely you can mix love and lust unless you start with the love first. At least that's what I always believed and I have had the best relationship for almost five years because of it.

In that case, still no. Over time you could fall in love for other reasons, crediting lust for the opportunity, but not so much saying, "Learning to love because you like the lust," so much as loving the lust.
Romeo and Juliet was a lust story. Had nothing to do with love.

for some ppl Love at first sight is real and not lust. some ppl have a certain image in their mind of their prospective lover /bf/gf whtevr.. like how such person looks,talks,walks,personality..etc. and when a person who totally fits tht image comes in front ...its love at first sight.

Hello,
Very well put...
However, isn't the lusting to the point of love just an awesome time between the two lovers?..
Full of adventure and experimentation...
Sharing eachothers wants,needs,desires,in eachothers company?...

Its weird, I think its more than just lust. I think you see something in that person that echoes something within yourself. There is obviously lust involved, but something else as well

You know... I never really thought about it that way, but I think you're absolutely right. You really can't love a person unless you know them and that takes time.
