hurricanes and tornados on water suck up the ocean water and can deposit it inland. fish are a part of this water and they can "rain"

Raining animals were first described by Pliny the Elder in the 1st century and ever since caused astonishment and perplexity. Before the advent of modern science, supernatural explanations, from God to extraterrestrial entities, were invoked to explain the phenomenon.

The scientific explanation involves a combination of geographic circumstance and meteorological chance. During a storm, wind may sweep the earth's surface at great speed, creating whirlwinds or even small tornadoes that can catch debris on the surface. The rain of water-borne animals such as amphibians or fishes is explained with the passage of such whirlwinds over lakes or rivers forming waterspouts; land animals are captured directly from the surface and birds can be taken while in flight. Once trapped in the winds, the animals can travel over long distances or be transported to the higher parts of the troposphere or even the stratosphere before being dropped in the form of rain.

When hurricanes or tornadoes create enough wind speed and height, they can move objects high into the atmosphere. If a tornado were to pass over water and scoop up some fish, it could have the strength to bring them high up. At this altitude, the air is much colder, and sometimes these fish freeze. The air currents have the ability to transport these unfortunate animals many miles and then drop them, sometimes into someone's back yard.........you can only imagine the look on their face! I read about this in ripley's believe it or not when I was like 7, I found it so interesting... ha ha

I've read about this phenomina - it's well documented throughout history - the best explanation they've come up with is a high pressure system absorbing fish eggs, as water evaporates, the fish then travel with the rain and when they become to heavy they fall from the sky....pretty weak right?

I would bet some sort of weird dimension thing
