It cannot connet to internet

When that address comes up,it means that the computer is set to DHCP, and it's looking for a device (DHCP server or DHCP rotuer) to give it an address automatically, but for some reason, the server or router is not issuing one to the computer. This will also happen when it's not connected to anything.

To remove this, you'll have to configure an IP address automatically into the computer or connect it to the network that has a DHCP device issuing IP addresses.

do you mean MS default Net IP ? you want to block it or add it as DHCP ip range ? well for both you do it where you enabled the DHCP.
