Give money & time to worthwhile causes, pray & / or meditate, do something to help the environment. Donate blood ( If able to ). Write poetry. Laugh at funny stories & jokes, share them with others. Tell your loved ones that you love them. Visit someone in a home for the elderly or the hospital. Learn from books & experience. Learn at least 1 new fact a day. Remember & honor our armed forces in Iraq & Afghanistan. Write a service - person & tell them you appreciate them. Thank a fireman / policeman / EMT, they put their lives on the line & help others everyday, it will make their day. Limit contact with chronically negative or overly critical people who want to drag others down. Appreciate the simple things in life. Try not to sweat the small stuff. Learn from constructive criticism. Try to live as well as possible. Say " hi " to kids with a smile. Bear in mind that money is only a means to an end not the end itself. To quote Jack Nicholson - " Do unto others, is there anything else that needs to be said about religion ? ". Do good, & you'll feel good. Teach by example. Watch a sunset. Watch a sunrise. Photograph or paint it. Cook a meal for someone who can't cook. Work in a church / synagogue / masjid ( mosque ). Do volunteer work for a candidate for public office. Do an Op - Ed piece for a community paper about a sbject that you feel strongly about. Listen to music with your heart & not only your ears & mind. Likewise with a good movie or tv show. Express your opinion in a public venue. Any action is better than NO action. We only get 1 chance at life - barring reincarnation - so we should make it count. Just some things to consider.

To control emotions, to truly have the will to regulate how feelings seep out from within our minds so that emotions like jealousy and wild assumptions stay hidden under our control,
but our feelings seem to have a life and will of there own ..
Yes, for me to be a better person i could use some inner control and think before i act or spew out ideas which always seem to be in correct in reference to dear friends which i carry perhaps too much love and care and feel i'am not getting enough attention from them so i assume and express my jealousy which always comes out to be wrong and there i'am left holding the bag as it were ....
So, yea, what i should do is have more control so i can be a better person as well BE the friend i wish i could be to my dearest and most caring friend of whom i constantly make a mess with my jealousy ....
HELP !!!!!!!

PS.............
Hey Gypsy above me !!
Your private affair is not what would make ye edgy !!
Its has to be something else !!!
Relax & enjoy yourself !!!

SMILE !!!

Be less self centered.... i'm a very egotistical person... as strange as it sounds it doesn't show that much, but it makes me feel like less of a humanitarian. I wish i would do more nice things for people and be more concerned about other people... I guess those are my personal demons from being trampled on. I look out for me... sometimes my motto is "If I don't look out for me, who will?

I want to change.

Help and support the needy and help the down-trodden to stand up and fight for their rights.

My present circumstances however doen't allow me to do what I would rerally love to do. You can only support someone to stand up when you are yourself standing up. Currently, I struggle to make ends meet.

I try to do the best I can under the circumstances but sometimes it's so difficult when you are don't have enough yourself.

I wish, I wish, I wish ...

I think the one thing that I do not do enough is to acknowlege what a great person I am, and to show myself kindness instead of only looking at my faults.

Too many people forget that they are deserving of love from oneself...to often we call ourselves names, like dummy, or stupid.

We forget that we are unique and deserving of love...by loving ourselves can we begin to love others.
