There is no such thing as best interval. Everybody have a different expectation.

Everyday. the best interval was we kept meeting after every 5 minutes in 7 and a half hrs.

there is really no best interval. it really depends on your circumstances. with me before I got married, I see my bf regularly, around 4 to 5 times a week as we live close to each other and we attend the same school.
