I think that is a very stupid thing thinking that Italians has to be always "tricky" and "dirty" or that Zeidane is not guilty and all the mistake has been done by Materazzi.
Moreover you have to know that Zeidane (however a very very good player) is NOT NEW to this behaviour! Before to become famous he had already hit with his head other adversaries in hte same way..
He is one of the best player BUT he is not an angel. Italians aren't tricky, but good-hearted, I assure you.

And the people who believe and use stereotypes linking Italians with pizzas, spaghetti, mafia ecc... aren't too intelligent to search for the thruth.

Because Lisa is a s_ut! Saying Italians are thiefs. And just what do women know about football? That should be the question here.

Zidane is a low class rags to riches story if he was the world class
player as people say..he would have known how to behave. Also
just like Lisa, Zidane was selfish , totally selfish. France will love to hate him for eternity. Zidane, not my cup of espresso.. Italian footballers are the best in the second to Brasil maybe.. France no.

Football is not only a game of instinctive skill and physical endurance. It also calls for mental discipline and emotional control. Whatever Materazzi said to him, Zidane just snapped. The lesson is players must also have coaching sessions in sportsmanship and civility in play.

Lisa excellent question. The Italians always play dirty and cant win a game fair and square. They smile in the camera but on the field they are scum and incite anger and hatred. I am not agreeing with Zidane's behavior, he should have been more professional than that, I am really surprised that he let the Italians get the best of him.

its called head games, and psyching your opponent out nothing wrong with it. Boxers, football and tennis players do it. Its only because zidane uses violence instead of brains, I'm glad he did what he did he doesn't deserve to be called a soccer player, thug is more appropriate.

By this question you imply that all Italians are tricky and act in dirty ways and therefore, sir, I conclude that you are an ***. :)

I live in Italy, and I wonder the same thing nearly every day. Cheating is a way of life for them, as is rascism. They are like a country of spoiled children.

Only loosers ask this kind of question.

Italians are great guys, with personality, charm, guts and spirit.
