Is there something in particular that you find is hard or difficult? We all come to this life with things we need to learn and we know things that will help others. You are with your particular family members because of what you have to offer each other. Everything you do is a learning experience. Sometimes life seems so hard you wonder if you can make it. But you can. Look around you. You have hard things in life but there are those that have it worse than you. Look for the positive. That can be hard when you feel like dirt, but it can be done. It helps if you write down things you have to be greateful for. It would be good if you could do this during a time that you aren't having a difficult time. Start a journal and list 5 things each night that you are grateful for. I did that. Then I became sick with a disease that caused a series of strokes. At the time I was teaching full time, children with severe intellectual disabilities(I loved my work) and I was working on my Masters Degree. I had to quit work for the rest of the school year, was able to finish my Masters by going to class, taping the lectures, replaying them, studying extra hard etc. but I did it. It was interesting to look at what I had written in my journal. Many of the things I had listed as being thankful for, I had lost. I became well enough to return to the classroom for almost 3 years before I had to stop due to the disease. It was diagnosed in Nov. 1997. Cerebral Vasculitis/Vasculitis of the Central Nervous System. I enjoyed a good reputation in my district and in the state, presenting seminars etc. I'm at the point now where I sleep 12-14 hrs. at night, if I can stay sleeping, then nap during the day. But many good things have come from this.
That's another story. I probably overestimated your interest in this anyway.
Look for the good. It may not be easy, but life is good. Hang in there!

Life can be difficult because it is complex.
If you are looking for some relief try to slow down and simplify life a little bit; set aside some problems to be solved another day, perhaps. Give yourself a breather to look over your situation, instead of being in the middle of it.
I recommend simply sitting and not doing anything for at least half an hour, even if it gets boring. It helped me through rough patches, it may help you. good luck.

Life is never easy. But I choose to call it challenging.

Just got stuck in China custom last week. I can choose to complaint and angry about it, but I take that moment to stayed for 2 days to see the country side of that city. Angry? Yes I was, but I wasn't consumed by the anger.

By the way, I also believe this saying, 'all things works for the good of those who love him (Jesus).'.

Also, the good old military saying, when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.

Hold on pal, don't give up. There's always sliver lining by the side of dark cloud. Sunshine is coming. Don't give up.

life isn't hard...imagine not having life, that would be hard. Just enjoy every day as though it were your last, and don't let the small things become big things. If something is bothering you, just think if you were on your death bed, would it matter? probably not! Just enjoy life!

are you comparing your life with someone elses?

You have to take the highs with the lows..
When i was 18 during my A level exams I was forced onto the street, left to fend for myself in a flea infested crack head hostel.

Yet less then a year later i have my exam results a three bedroom house to myself and im goin on holiday again third one this year, ive also got University this september to look forward too.(All because i try to succeed in life)

I wouldnt have turned my life around unless i tryed to..
Life is hard as it gives you the test first and the lesson later.

You have to deal with the cards that your dealt with.

that is a bad view you have there very negative. life is hard but you can make life easy by overcoming potential problems and kepp life easy. problems will always arise and give us grief, but if we can overcome them and move on life is no longer hard. life is hard if you make it hard, life can be made easy by amking the right desicions, that means thinking over things for a long period.
