hold your brush so the bristles are at an angle upwards start at the back teeth using circular movements working on the tooth and gums, for each set of teeth count to six do this front and back of the teeth this keeps gums healthy and reduces tartat and plaque, use flossing sticks for the awkward areas. Don't rinse you mouth just spit and don't forget to brush your tongue, this is what makes your breath smell, repeat this three times a day and you will have gorgeous teeth alongside visting your dentist every six months!

In circular motion. I also always try to angle the brush away from the gums (ie: when brushing top row of teeth, angle the brush downwards, when brushing bottom row of teeth, angle the brush upwards). This helps to not damage the gums.

According to my dentist you should brush your teeth up to down and in some kind of circle but you should also be careful not to hurt your gums .The best way I found is using those batteries charged brushes they are really good and make your teeth look whiter and Blake free

the best way to brush your teeth is to get into all of the cornes and gaps, do the back of your teeth all using a circular motion, so that you are not just puishing the bad stuff to other areas of your mouth, it is also very good to use mouthwash, to give those teeth an extra sense of cleanliness.

It's not so important how you brush your teeth, as long as you do it after every meal.

Why not ask your dentist. He will explain better than anyone else. Brushing can be personalised too according to problems you might have
