I would eat them if it would save a loved one who was in danger -
i.e: "If you don't eat these cow brains I'll harm your son/boyfriend/mother/father/grandparent".. etc...
Also in a case of dire hunger -
i.e: The world explodes and I survive, but the only other edible thing around is raw cow brain...
