How do I retrieve a service message from my mobile phone? It is a nokia phone on the o2 network, any help would be great!!

It is something I wish to retrieve, it was a ringtone I ordered, Nokia phone on o2 network, I didn't have connectivity set up properly, but have now, can I go back & get the ringtone?

go into internet menu then service inbox and retrieve it if that fails ring 02

Most service messages contain Sex.
So would not advise you to open it, unless you know where it comes from...

go into your browser to o2 downloads.. and download your order.. it is there waiting for you....
