Yes anyone can be a true friend but you have to be true to him/her also. A true friend is a person who fights with you on your wrong decisions and appreciate you on yr good things, care for you and yr family. You have to find that friend, there are not many such kind. I have found mine.

If you are asking if true friends exist. Yes, I would like to believe so. If you are asking if any random person can be a true friend. I would like to believe so but some people just dont' know how to be friends. They are just evil. Haha. Just kidding.

I dont think everyone is capable of being a true friend..... some people just dont have it in them. others have too many personal problems to even grasp the meaning of a true friendship...

I'm true to my real friends, indifferent to most casual acquaintances, and avoid making enemies. I trust few, love even fewer, and hate nobody.
True friends are rare; each of us is lucky to have 5 in a lifetime, and we should all be extremely cautious about who we trust with our secrets and our mates.

yeah i dont see why not and i really dont see how hard it is for someone not to be a true friend. unless its something they just cant be.

No, one can be a true friends....friends are just like water...when u they are thirsty they use u like water and once ur thirst is quenched its all over...no water no friends...no nothing....
