There are lots of agencies, on line and not.
you can sign up on www.greataupair.com, or other website.
Just make sure you ask lots of questions and take the time to get to know any family who is interviewing you.. things can go badly sometimes, and you need a fall-back plan. You have to inquire about how many children, their age, how many hours and what responsability you would have with them, what other tasks the family expect you to get done, the compensation amount, if you will have a private room (don't accept if there isn't), if there is a private bathroom, also, what the children like/don't like, get a feeling of what the family does for fun and about the parents caracters. Also clarify when will be your time off. Find a contract to share with the family to clarify all the points!
Note anyway that it remains an employment, not a vacation. There are lots of young girls expecting a free ride and a good time, and they are sorely disappointed by realizing that they are not going to play doll for a year, but there are diapers to be changed, work to be done, dishes to be washed, rooms to be tied up, and ironing to be finished, as in any household. For that work, they are paid - room and board are quite expensive. If they had to live outside the home, the compensation would have to be much higher.
Good luck!
