call him to other, and let him understand that your love him is totally death and he has to let it go.
when ever he comes around you, just move to a place were he can not find you.
do not answer his call
disconnect all relationship with every thing that has to do with him.
avoid seeing his pictures.
the above answer is only applicable when you know that you did not love the guy any more,.. but if you do love him, then try to love him the way he love u and let evething be 50/50% (avoid hart breaking, because is kill)

Tell him that your going to call the police for hasserment. And follow thought. People like that have been know to kill there ex girlfriends. And tell your friends, what he is doing. Because if he does kill you, then they could tell the police about him.

3.tell him that you want to marry him and have a lot of babies!

5.put your toothbrush in his bathroom.
6.throw away his magazines.
7.tell him that you should visit a council.
8.forbid him to eat pizza,smoke or drink alcohol!
