back at work (a prison), the power is off do to storms, on a generator and my work area didn't have any air conditioning working or a fan or windows to open for fresh air. i wear a polyester uniform and we're in the middle of a heat wave.
right now i'm at home in air conditioning, drinking a cold mountain dew and i'm off for the next two days.

The beach. It's 31 Celsius with the humidity and my husband and I are stuck home. We promised our son we'd paint his room this weekend. We've been trying to get it done for quite awhile but I started a new job that's nightshift and my husband started a day job. Whoopee, whee.

Where would i most like to be???? In a cabin ,on a lake, with all the people i love, even those who aren't around anymore....miles from the rat race.....with unlimited time, some quad bikes, a motorboat, a bunch of guitars and some drums......my own little plantation of food and "herbs", and my old cat who disappeared a few years ago........good question, feel all warm and lovely even thinking about it thanks!!.......

On a plane with a window seat, and a very large man beside me who falls asleep and rests his head on you. Since he is so large, his leg takes up the precious leg space that I have and he hogs the arm rest. To make it worse, he hasn't shaved is snoring, breathes heavily and smells like cheap cologne and fried chicken.
