I have 200 LP records and would like to copy them on cd?

I would like to know what program I can use to copy these records onto cd and to fade out the scratching sounds of these oldies

I had over 3500 albums and had them all wrote down, so I started taking favorite songs from the albums and downloading off Limewire to cd. Some I replaced on cd by finding them on amazon.com. Some I recorded to cassette tape. There is recording equipment out there to do recording like you want, and you should probably seek help at Best Buy or Circuit City who handles electronics and are experts. Good Luck!
