I am 42, look 32 and am dating an extremely mature 26 year old. I feel it is more than age that makes an attraction. As for above, if I had to , maybe 8 years, hard to tell, I am spoiled now. I will probably stop dating altogether if this relationship ends, I am physically ill, and am enjoying our wonderful, spiritual relationship. We have been together since April of 2005.

That all changes as you get older. I personally would only date a year below my age and maybe eight years above my age. Until I was in my late 30's I would never date below my age.

I'd say about two years max above my age (if possible), one below. Only cuz the drastic differences in teens within years.
