Do you mean testes?
The only cause of decreasing (i.e. going from 2 testes to 1 or 0 ) testes is getting one or more chopped off - commonly called castration.

Steroids are the only thing I know of that can shrink a man's testicles.

it would help to know your age.. are you takeing steroids? more than likely youve just noticed that one is bigger than the other,.. which is normal..
