Humans won't evolve significantly. The driving force for natural selection is no longer present. A stupid person is just as likely to survive and produce offspring as a smart person.
To evolve, a genetic superiority must lead to higher survival rates and more offspring production. With modern medicine and societal structure, these factors are largely removed.

There will probably be very little change in the
appearance of present humans. The idea that we
will evolve huge heads seems a fantasy. Change
in brain size seems to be a thing of the past. The
Neanderthals actually had a slightly larger brain
than we have now.

The two possibilities that seems most likely are
that humans will either become extinct or, less
probable, will split into two or more different species neither of which will be human in the
present sense.

It is not at all likely that we will colonize other worlds
in the forseeable future. They are just too far away
and the debilitating effect of living in no gravity has
to be overcome somehow before we can survive
long periods in space.

I believe we will split into multiple species as we colonize new worlds.... well if we make it that far. Also we may evolve through technology... alter our DNA or use nanos to create a sort of cybernetic enhanced species.

I read somewhere that we are slowly losing our pinky toes. I think we will become "transhuman" using computer attachments and metal parts to enhance ourselves.

I also think we will mostly cause our own evolution once we master altering DNA.

I think we might not have unnecessary organs like tonsils and appendixes. I bet lots of people will be obese and high maintenance.

huge heads (because our brain will develop a lot), tiny bodies, huge eyes, because we use our eyes so much, no hair, very thin skin. that's all i can think of.
