What happens if a player hits and injures the goalkeeper during the Penatly Kick session ?

Especially in Wold cup final, or Champions' Leauge final?

Tough luck because they'll have to use a substitute keeper. But not like it will make a lot of difference, though. Look at the finals, Buffon and Barthez didn't even make one save.

that would be just funny.. there wont be only one goalkeeper for the team.. there will be a subsitute.. the italian team has 3 goalkeeper
