Short answer is YES, if you intend to sell the diet pill.

If you are going to market some health product, the standard protocol is that you must get approval from some statutory board before you can sell. You will need to check with the relevant authorities, in your case I suspect is the Health Sciences Authority.

If you are importing for your own consumption, then no need.
