Why is there no evidence of a plane hitting the pentagon?

There is no plane to be found anywhere in any photo taken of the pentagon on or after the events of 9/11. Not a wheel, a piece of luggage, a body. Even with all the camera's at the Pentagon, covering every square inch of the property there has only been 5 frames released from one camera, the date in the corner is wrong and it shows what appears to be just an explosion. A gas station who's camera was positioned so the pentagon was in view when it all happened was immidiately confescated. The hole itself isn't even large enough to have been made by a 747.

The plane was completely obliterated upon impact. From the frames that we were shown it does not seem to be much damage to the building, it is possible the plane his the ground - not the building. And why do you think the camera was confiscated? Think about it, it was a matter of national security and they needed all of the evidence avaliable. There was a panic, and there were very few casualties from within the Pentagon. We don't need to be shown every single thing from 9/11, the government has certain things hidden and some things have been released. But what I do think we need to do, is finally move on - never forget, just move on. People are placing too much of how life should be lived on 9/11. It is almost five years ago, and I know I sound heartless, but it is time. I knew someone who died, and there was a girl in my grade whose brother was in New York at the time, and he was unaccounted for for almost three days. So, I understand the feelings people have, just I think that it is time.

ugh, why is it that everything that the government chooses not to disclose is then created into some large conspiracy!? What if it wasn't a 747? What if it was a missile, would you feel safer knowing that some country was bombing us as well? And what ever happened to that plane that went missing? Did it just go *poof* into thin air? Really people, they are the government, they hide stuff - every government does... get over it.

It is true... There has never been any evidence or photos (released to the public) that show a plane hitting the pentagon, or any physical evidence of a plane hitting the pentagon. Plenty of scientists have done their homework and all are in agreement, that had a plane hit we would have seen broken wings, engines, luggage. They found a ton of physical evidence from both WTC buildings and that destruction was much larger. There was barely a hole large enough in the Pentagon to account for a 747 crashing into it. As far as the plane, it is now 2015 and we saw that Malaysian Airlines went missing. Its now being stated that it crashed into the Indian Ocean, and of course due to its location no one saw or heard. If someone wants to make a plane disappear, Its no where near impossible.
Chastising people for believing a "conspiracy theory" isn't any less naive than people who believe anything the Government tells them. Its the Government! Its full of scandals and lies and cover-ups.

I too really want to know the answer to this question. I've heard it said that the thickness of the walls of the pentagon would not have allowed a plane to travel in as far as it seems it did. Similar to what you said also there was no wreckage found and their really should have been. The pentagon did not go up in flames like the WTC (at least I never saw footage of it and the destruction doesn't look like it was torched, it looks like it just exploded). And what of the plane wings? This might be the weakest point but if the plane entered into the building and shot through the center, the building would have shown more distinct damage that would show wings goinging into it.

I suppose the biggest problem with this all is if a missle really did blow up the pentagon then where the heck did the plane go- and why a missle?

You only have to look at the Lockerbie video of the Pan Am flight that crashed to see the carnage a plane causes on impact. Nothing like this was seen at the Pentagon.....no grass burnt nothing.
I would put my life on it, that a plane did not hit the Pentagon but I feel a missile did! Hence the reason there was no debris from a plane crash...........but if folks want to believe one did thats their perogative....... thats what they have been told they need to believe.

i'm not saying that the plane hit the Pentagon or not, but I do know that the security footage did not show one. that I agree with you with. i know there's some people who say that it was a missile not a plane. i'm open to new theories, but then...there is still a missing plane. there would be many people not accounted for. now, the resulting fire from plane impact would have been a metal type fire. this would have annihilated the bodies. if it was a missile, and not a plane, how do you explain the missing people. show me where they are, and i will accept your theory.

because during the good old summer of '06, there was a toilet paper shortage in the CIA building. Dick Cheyney was making his daily rounds and took a little rest and found the lack of toilet paper, whereupon he took the "big ol box of evidence" where all the pictures of the crash were stored. He then used them to **** on.

Not all of it desintegrated, probably the gov't found something devious and wants to study it. :0
