when i log in there are these patterns and images for words. there just squigles. i cant read the words. Also it bolds my typing. please help.

Nanette, it could be possible your PC has a very serious worm virus in it. When was the last time you did a scan disk, disk defrag? When was the last time you did a scan for spyware or viruses? And are your spyware or anti-virus scanners BOTH updated?
If you don't know the answers to these questions, then you need to take immediate action.
I suggest you get FREE spyware scanners like Crap Cleaner (my personal favorite) Spybot Search n' Destroy and/or Spyware Blaster. You also might want to check out www.grisoft.com for the FREE version of AVG anti-virus (which also updates itself for free, too). These products are FREE--no strings attached and they're safe to run.
Also, you might want to call your PC system's tech support people (pray you reach one who speaks English) or visit www.suggestafix.com and get FREE help from people who know how to address and fix PC problems.

sounds to me like the program u are using is in a different language, u need to reinstall it it english
