change is constant, every event changes you. for some to remain neutral/stagnant is a choice. to change your beliefs/ideals isn't always easy but it is worthwhile.you can become who you want to be. make a decision, make a plan of action , and just do it, the reward spiritually is worth the effort

Change must be possible.
You do see people changing but it is usually relatively superficial change like a change in a way of thinking or opinion. What I often see is someone talking about themselves in the past saying 'oh, I was so stupid back then, now I've changed.' or, 'I used to be happier.' So you can go through a whole life thinking you've changed and judging your past in this way. I am not sure this is really changing.
We do seem to have a set personality at a fundamental level which doesn't change, like a basic 'nature' or types. To fight to change this is like banging your head against the wall.
So, to answer the question: people don't change much but behaviour does.

People do change, whether or not they admit that much, we all change with time. How can we not change when every situation that happens to us can change how we feel and think about things? We change with time, we grow, we learn and we move on to paths that were not there before. :)

people changes all the time.
emotional aspect--- every second
physical aspect---every year
in some other situation, like friendship and attitude towards life, we changes because we are required to move out of the standards we set ourseleves.

People can change, absolutely. Most people don't, though, because changing involves owning your own life (and consequently the msitakes you've made).

No two moments are the same.
The only thing that does not change is that which observes (aka The Observer)
