I have looked online but it seems to mostly be mixed with creatine and other stuff for weightlifting. We want the single ingredient which is supposedly put out by Twinlabs. It is supposed to keep the muscles well-hydrated for ultra-sports.

We really need the single ingredient because this is needed for running long distances. Protein is great for after running but not right before or during - it is too hard to digest. If the glycerol were mixed with carbohydrates or vitamins and minerals that would work!

This is kinda what your describing it doesn't have creatine it's called "Liquid Muscle" it says:

This amazing product contains 50ml of glycerine and 20 grams of protein in just four tablespoons. In scientific studies, glycerol was shown to improve the body’s ability to absorb and hold onto large amounts of intramuscular water. This translates into incredible pump and noticeable increases in vascularity.

Ingredients:

Bioreacted Beef Protein, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Natural Flavors

Sounds pretty gross to me! It is sold at the website below.
