Two methods I use:
1. smear a drop of johnson's and johnson's baby shampoo on the inside of each lense.
or
2. apply your own saliva.

Whichever ways works very well. Make sure the googles has it's own anti-fog coating, which improves visibility.

Go to a local dive shop, you know, for scuba diving. They'll have goggle cleaner and "no fog" to rub on the lenses before you use them to keep them from fogging. Works great. Might have to clean the goggles a few times if they're new for it to work well.

This is going to sound really gross, but if you don't have a local dive shop around or can't get there easily, you can actually use your own spit to keep your goggles from fogging. Us scuba folk do it all the time for when our de-fogger mysteriously wanders off of the boat...

i heard from a friend that her diving instructor told her that smearing johnson & johnson's baby shampoo on the inside of the lenses prevents goggles from fogging.

2 ways. The first has been identified by all, using your saliva. But this is not a one time action. After a while the action need to be repeated.

Second, rub toothpaste on it (when it is dry).
