im 11 and i think i will do gymnastics i really think i have the potential even though i think i'll be put with 7 year olds i do want to go pro. I can do cartwheels one-handed cartwheels round-offs front-somersaults handstands back-handsprings on the trampoline and round-off back hand springs and i almost have my back hand spring on the ground so.... what do ya think about it?

and im not scared of heights or the thought of flipping backwards on the beam or the bars but vault does scare me a little. lol

i really dont want to seem mean, or rude, or try and bring your hopes down, but i dont see you as going to the olympics, if thats what you mean by "pro"...most olympians are elite by at least 15 (i know of a girl who was elite at 13 ...she was asked to train in texas at bela's camp).
i recommend doing gymnastics, youll love it. even though you may not make it to the olypmics, you could always do collegic gymnastics or stay with a club. my sister competed until she was 21! (she also had 2 knee surguries!)

well, if you really want to do gymnastics, go for it. it doesn't matter if you're put with 7 year olds. but i hate to break it to you, but it's not likely that you'll be able to go pro. i think it's already to late. though if you try your hardest you may make it because you've got the potential for it. just never give up and good luck!

i think that's great. i'm sure you'll love it. put in lots of effort and stay determined and you'll be surprised how fast you'll move up.
