Scanning Tunnelling Microscope definitely. An electron microscope is not powerfull enough to see an atom. An STM works by measuring the electrons that jump from the tip of the needle to the surface of the matter studied. The longer the distance the fewer electrons jump. Scientists have move 36 xenon atoms to spell IBM.

A high quality electron microscope, i guess. Uranium atom models r bigger coz its got hundreds of subatomic particles.(its got a really high atomic number).so, naturally a lot of electrons and the bigger the model.
