It's not about the shoes. It's about what you're born with and what you can do with it.
Yes, training your butt off is the only way you will ever get there, but even so, if you're trying to dunk at 5'6" then for your size you need to be a much better leaper than a 6' guy that can dunk.
In other words, it takes an extraordinarily athleticly gifted player to pull off a Spud Webb jam at 5'6" which is why it was so impressive when he did it. Very few at 5'6" can pull that off even in the best shape of their lives.
If I were you I'd work on improving fundamentals first before trying to dunk. If you're a smart player with a good shot you can be very effective without dunking. If you already can jump high enough to touch the net at 5'6" then you might be able to pull it off, but you would be better off training the rest of your game first.

Hey just pratice normally for 2 hours focusing on rebounding and coming off a screen and shooting. You will begin to jump higher the more you pratice those mid range screen shots.

Try plyometrics. Jump off of objects and then spring up when you hit the ground. Practice foot speed exercises.

well i would recomend Jumpsoles.I have a pair myself and I've had them for 7 months and i've increased my vertical by 6 inches. they sell them at Academy. I dont know if they have that store over there. Or you can order them online at the site below.

just wear shoes having spring under it or use any height increase kit to increase your height. then you will able to dunk a basketball .

buy some strap on ankle weight and every time u train or practice wear them it takes a little time but it should help
