Ok...so this is gonna be a very petty question.
I was wondering how some people can keep the end of their pantlegs from getting soaking wet during or after a thunderstorm. I roll up the bottoms of my pants but I end up looking ridiculous and I always see people just walking around not having the same problem. Either way by the end of storm the bottoms of my pants never fail to get completely soaked, its one of my pet peeves.

wow, i've never thought about it. the only time mine get wet is when they're too long. other than that they remain dry. do you walk through puddles maybe? or do you kind of stomp when you walk (this may splash the water up)? weird, i never noticed that some people have this problem and others don't. i learned something new today! :)

Are you short? Anyway, I am tall & wear longer inseams and you know what I do? I roll them up. I don't care if I look stupid, I won't have wet ankles. A simple solution would be not to go outside when it's raining. Wear sexy boots with heels... Shorter inseams (but not flood pants, no pun intended... lol) Hope I helped! -a-

i would say to wear shorts.It's very simple.Even if you roll them up the water is still going to collect in them.one way of being able to ignore it is having sock and shoes on instead of sandles but during the hot summer i wouldn't imagine that being the norm.so put on a pair of shorts when rain is in the forecast.

Its the shoes you're wearing. I've got some nice black dingoes that splash water up my calves, but when I wear my hiking boots it doesn't happen.

i guess they are wearing dark colors so that's why it looks like their pants are not wet

pick your feet straight up and down. if you swing them (like normal walking) the rain gets on your cuffs.
