I want to know if anybody can use there minds eye to 'see' spirits,other people (living) at any location...amongst other thing's

third eyes? hmm, lets see... there is a book about enhancing ur 6th sense, but you may have to check out a book on esp. i would say bring urself to a higher awareness but understanding somethings about spirituaslity.. which you already have.. good luck..

It's weird but two specific events down to the clothes and where people were in a room i can describe and see over and over in my head. However my parents will claim I was correct and baffling say I wasn't born yet. These are not stories I've heard from them either.

It's a really difficult thing to do, but you can learn it by practicing on your emotional intelligence; that is feeling others and knowing their minds through the feelings.

If by anybody you mean are there people who can do it then yes. If by anybody you mean everyone can do it if they try then no.
