In your opinion, do you feel that love and hate are equally important emotions? Should one love everyone and suppress all hate, or acknowledge that they feel hatred and accept it?

love and hate are one in the same. If there was no hate there would be no love. There are to emotional extremities but they are both equal in importance. Its never good to supress any emotion however its good to use cuation in how you express it.

I believe that is not a +/- situation. And hate it is a feeling that we must to evite. Love can motivate people to be kind and to take care about the others, love can bring you joy and happiness, optimism and motivation for living.
Hate is a destructive feeling, who make you feel bad, and who can make you and the people around hurt.
So I think that the is better to evite to hate, no mather if it is about people or all other living things.
The only advantage of hate is that he can mobilize you and give you strenght when you are in great danger, threat by something or somebody, and that can help you to save yourself from the danger.

OFTEN times hatred is a suppressed emotion. AND i really never hate the person just the deeds they are doing. ITS great to really break down how you feel.

i think Love is more Powerful than hate. if you want to love anyone you must be Brave. in my oponion when you loose your braveness and your personality you get some senses like Lie,Hate and etc. but for improved prosonality there is Love, Bless and Hope for Living.
